The theme for this year’s World Hypertension Day 2025 event is “Measure Your Blood Pressure Accurately, Control It, Live Longer.” This initiative aims to promote early population screening, health promotion, and empowerment of individuals to make healthy choices to prevent NCDs such as hypertension. By leveraging community-based interventions, health education, and promotional activities, we expect to increase awareness, detection, and control of hypertension, ultimately reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases in Ghana.
