This survey aims to gather information about the challenges faced by stroke health professionals ( multidisciplinary team) in providing stroke care and management for persons affected with /living with stroke in Ghana.
All information will be kept confidentially and used for the purposes of analysis and improvement of stroke services in Ghana.
