World Heart Day 2023 Communities Screening exercise and Launching of Echos4CardioUnit Fundraising

The Stroke Association Supportnetwork-Ghana in collaboration with Safety Communication Consult will launch a fundraising initiative called “Echos 4 Cardio Units ‘. The initiative is aimed to seek support from philanthropists, Cooperate Institutions , Agencies ,International Organizations , companies , individuals to raise funds and purchase echos for cardio units across the country ,starting with the Ho Teaching Hospital in the Volta region of Ghana. The absence of  echos  and others equipments at  major hospitals are key roadblocks for better patients outcome in the country.

The objective of the initiative is to purchase one echo for hospitals across the 16 regions of Ghana and equip the facilities with other supportive equipments.

The  Echos -4 -Cardio Unit fundraising would be carried out through table tennis competition. Institutions, companies , agencies , organizations , sectors would be engaged through Table Tennis competition from 29th September, 2023 through to 30th September ,2024.

1. The cardio unit of the Ho Teaching Hospital ,Safety Communication Consult and the Stroke Association Supportnetwork-Ghana (SASNET-GHANA) are embarking on communities Screening Exercise from 28th -29th September ,2023 at Ho in the Volta region of Ghana in commemoration of the 2023 World Heart Day ♥️ in 🇬🇭
